What We Don’t Remove
Asphalt: We do not remove asphalt materials such as driveways, parking pads, or old roofing tar. These materials require heavy equipment and specialized disposal methods beyond the scope of our current services.
Concrete: Concrete slabs, foundations, or chunks from demolition work are not eligible for removal. Concrete is dense, extremely heavy, and typically requires breaking tools and hauling machinery not offered by our team.
Shingles: We do not handle roofing shingles—whether asphalt, wood, or composite. Shingles often contain adhesives or materials that are regulated for disposal, and are best removed by licensed roofing or demolition contractors.
Bricks and Blocks: Brickwork, cinder blocks, and masonry debris are excluded from our services due to their weight and volume. These items are typically part of larger construction or demolition jobs that require specialized removal.
Furniture: We do not remove household or office furniture, including sofas, beds, chairs, or cabinets. These items fall under bulky waste or donation pickup categories, which are serviced by local waste management or furniture disposal companies.
Construction Debris: We do not handle the removal of construction or renovation debris, such as drywall, lumber, insulation, roofing materials, or tiling. These materials often require special handling and disposal in accordance with local regulations. We recommend contacting a licensed construction cleanup or dumpster service for these types of jobs.
Fencing: Fence removal, especially when posts are set in concrete or span large areas, falls outside our scope of services. This kind of work often requires specialized tools, labor, and hauling capacity. For safety and efficiency, we suggest reaching out to a fencing contractor or demolition service.
Small Buildings: We do not dismantle or haul away sheds, playhouses/forts, or other small structures. Tearing down even a small building may involve structural hazards, foundation anchoring, and debris that exceeds our hauling capabilities. Please consult a demolition service or licensed contractor for this type of removal.
Composting Facilities
Composting sites are designated for natural land-clearing debris only—such as branches, brush, and untreated (non-dimensional) wood. They are not permitted to accept any construction or demolition waste. Since these facilities often have limited space for material, it's essential to call ahead and confirm they can receive your load.
FYI for DIY’ers: If you’re hauling debris yourself, be sure to check in advance—many facilities turn away loads that don’t meet specific guidelines or when capacity is full. Note: Saturday hours may be limited, and some locations may close early.
